How long until I receive my proposal?
You can track the progress of the proposal at anytime on your dashboard. This includes a count of how many vendors have responded to your request at any given time. Once all vendors have submitted their responses, you will be able to access the full proposal. This should take no more than 5 business days.

How do I know when a deadline is coming up?
We will notify you at the first deadline of 30 days before event date and again at the second deadline of 14 days before event date.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable as a courtesy to our vendors.
- If you cancel at least 29-14 days from event date, you will receive up to 30% refund of your event.
- If you cancel less than 14 days from event date, no refund will be given.

Why do I have to confirm my event 30 days prior to my event date?
This is to accommodate all different types of vendors. For example, it’s industry standard that most musical acts (DJ/Band/Guitarist etc.) require confirmation no less than a month out from your event day. While we’re here, another vendor this applies to would be event rental companies (chairs/tables/décor). During the proposal process, your event rental items are not confirmed, yet are on what’s called a “soft hold”. The sooner you confirm with payment the better. Our vendors can release items along the way, but it is much trickier to add items on last minute or risk losing them in general.

Is my event confirmed after I “accepted” an item?
Not yet! This just means that the item would be officially added to your proposal and the cost will be added to your estimated event/program total.
